Beautifully crafted hurricane styled candle holder. Has original wrapped candle.  

Awarded to Avon's President Club winners in 1996.  In original box.  Stands about 8 inches tall.  The how to use paper and sticker are included (original).

Winter scene depicts white "evergreen" trees and a couple taking a sleigh ride pulled by a pony.
