Closes with front clear plastic buttons that are hidden under a fabric placket. There is a loop and button at the inner neck. The wrists have fabric covered buttons.

Fabric is a smooth and silky polyester. It softly reflects the light. It has a soft drape. Unlined.  Inside shoulder pads.

This blouse has a long tie on the right side and a attached loop at the left neck. I show the tie going through the loop and creating a bow.
