If the package you received has any damage or defect, you need to send us a picture of the condition of your item, we will try our best to solve the problem for you according to the specific situation.

All returned items MUST be in the original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included. The shipping tracking number, specific reasons for the return, and your PO# MUST be provided to us timely.
