TERMS OF SALE
Returns for refund (less shipping) are accepted on listed priced items if returned within 14 days of delivery. Item must be returned in new condition, with no rips, marks, scuffs, stains, odors or other sign of wear. This includes boot bottoms; so we suggest you try boots on in a carpeted area. All tags must still be attached in original manner. Boot returns and other boxed items must be inside the untapped and undamaged box in which they were originally packaged. Please do not tape or attach postage directly to the boot box. Damaged shoe or product boxes will be subject to a $3.50 fee. No returns on auction items, uséd or consignment items. Please note that depending on your credit card company; it may take up to one week for the credit to post to your account.
