This set is NEW and in the box and has been stored in a smoke-free environment. However, please note  that the packaging has typical shelf-wear including some potential damage to the plastic dome (Please review the photos), and if tape has been used to seal the package it is sometimes worn and loose or is yellowed (again, please see the pictures). In addition, there are some packaging blemishes where store labels have been removed.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping is FREE within the United States using USPS Priority Mail.

International shipping is not free and can always be determined by the shipping calculator.   

Except for special cases, we ship using either USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, or FedEx Home Delivery, depending upon the box size. Shipping will happen within 1 business days of your purchase.

Great care is taken when packing items and they are shipped in high quality shipping boxes using packing peanuts, air-pillows, bubble wrap, and brown paper packaging. We typically try to re-use good quality shipping boxes (especially those from Amazon) in order to promote recycling.

International shipping usually takes longer due to US and foreign custom's checks which are out of our control. In addition, for International sales, custom fees that might exist on your end our completely out of our control and it is your responsibility to pay those fees.

OTHER POLICIES

Payment is required at purchase for all our items.

If you are not satisfied with the item, you may return it UNUSED in the same condition we sent it, within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund minus shipping charges. We cannot give refunds for items returned damaged. 

Some item boxes may show normal shelf wear since many were purchased from retail stores. This wear might include worn corners, light box creasing, or marks where price labels have been removed. However, unless otherwise indicated in the product description, all items are new in the box and are in mint condition. In cases where there is any type of damage beyond the normal, I include pictures of that damage.

Electronic-related items that originally included "store demo batteries" may need a fresh set of batteries since the item may have sat on our shelf for over a year before you've purchased it. In many cases I will include a fresh set of batteries when I ship the item to you.
