Our standard UK Royal Mail 48 postage is Free no matter how many items you order.

Other faster services are available.

Deliveries will generally be made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).

Deliveries will be made as soon as possible dependent upon service selected.

Your order may be dispatched from multiple locations and therefore arrive as separate deliveries.

Delivery will be made to the address given at time of order. Please make sure you provide the correct postal address to avoid parcels getting lost.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates and times as these may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Will usually dispatch within same working day if paid before 1pm (excludes weekends and holidays).

If next day delivery is selected orders need to be placed by 1pm to be shipped the same day. Mail is dispatched Mon - Friday only.

We have no weekend mail collections.

The UK Mail next day service is for larger items. We may switch this to the more secure Royal Mail Special delivery option.

We will do our best to contact you if we are forewarned of delays.

For this reason, we are unable to accept responsibility for lost working time and recommend goods are ordered well in advance of any project start dates.

If we are unable to deliver parcel to the agreed delivery address our courier will leave a card and return the goods to their warehouse.

A signature may be required to confirm receipt. This depends on service selected and value of goods ordered.

Returns

We accept returns for 30 days since order was placed.
