Payment:
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Cash.
Payment is expected within 48 hours of auction closing. We reserve the
right to re-list or sell to the second highest bidder if the winning bidder has
not made payment within 48 of the auction closing. For transactions
within the state of Wisconsin we charge 5.5% sales tax on the close price and
shipping charges.
Shipping
& Handling:
We ship daily on business days to confirmed addresses
via USPS and UPS. Please contact us for actual shipping cost to Hawaii, Alaska.
We do not ship internationally. Local pick up is available.
Return
& Exchange:
No return is allowed unless defects are reported with
the item. All items are fully tested before shipping and tested upon return
before credit is given. We don't allow return for non-defects. Buyers
should read item description carefully and ask questions before you bid.
Any item without RMA # will be rejected and the item
will be sent back to buyer at buyers' cost. Items returned defective if
testing good and working properly without the reported defects, no refund will
occur. Once the item is returned and defect is verified by our testing,
we will ship a replacement item. If buyer insists a refund instead of
replacement item, we will only refund the price of the item; Shipping and
Handling will not be refunded. All returned items must be the same condition as
shipped in order to receive a refund. No Refund after 7 days. No Exception
You are responsible for return shipping, tracking,
and insurance costs.
Warranty:
You should report any defects within 7 days from
delivery and receive an RMA #. to precede with the replacement or refund
process. If you have any questions, please ask or email us before
bidding.
Items returned after 20 days will NOT be accepted or
processed even with RMA #.
