Chain is silver, gold is dots placed around the main stones and encircling the stones in the toggle

Small light blue stones on each side of toggle and larger on each side of loop accent

I believe them to be blue topaz but have NOT had them tested 

inside of loop is marked D&R and 925 and 14k
