The following conditions are likely to cause the pressure gauge to be scrapped or deviated
1. The grain is too little, and the pressure is not enough. The pressure is still not enough for explosion.
2. When the pressure reaches the limit, the boiler does not start in time, the boiler continues to burn, the pressure is too high, the pressure is released instantly, the pressure gauge needle is inaccurate and does not return to its original position.
3. The temperature of the fire boiler is too high, resulting in the internal welding and melting of the pressure gauge, or displacement, or even the pressure gauge leaks.
How to avoid pressure gauge damage
1. When cooking, the time for the cold pot to be heated shall not exceed 20 minutes, and the time for reheating shall not exceed 8 minutes.
2. If the smell of aroma or paste smell during operation proves that air leakage occurs, the boiler must be opened in time to avoid excessive heating!
3. The durability of the pressure gauge requires a bit of luck in addition to technology!
4. Improper operation may cause damage to the pressure gauge. If properly operated, the service life of the pressure gauge will be relatively prolonged!
