• This antenna fits many cars but will not fit every car listed.
• Classic sports cars of this era often had dealer installed radios and antennas. Many times there is no "right" or "wrong" location for the radio antenna. There may be several locations where antennas can be found on the same model car. This means you should check the dimensions of this antenna before ordering. If you have any questions please call us BEFORE ORDERING. It may not fit all cars and the ebay compatibility feature may not be accurate.
• This is a chrome antenna (actually stainless steel) with a chrome key lock tip.
• This is a manual antenna. It is not motorized.
• It closes flush with the top of the fender mount. SEE PHOTO
• Requires a minimum 19mm - 3/4 inch hole in the fender for mounting with access from underneath
• A 30 mm-1 1/8 inch round hole needed if not already existing for installation from above the fender.
• This antenna requires 9 3/4 inches of clearance beneath the fender for the antenna storage tube.
• The retractable mast is 94 cm/37 inches tall w/ five sections, the base extends 24.5 cm, 9 1/2 inches deep into the fender
• The cable is 130 cm/52 inches long with male Motorola connection

• The base rubber gasket is 1 1/4 inches (32cm) in diameter (to hide paint defects surrounding the antenna hole).
• It can accept a fender slope of up to 35 degrees.
• A support bracket is also included but this is not needed.

This is a brand new antenna. This antenna is the same style as the original antenna installed by Alfa Romeo, Porsche, Jaguar, Triumph, MG, & Mercedes-Benz dealers on their cars of the 50's and 60's.

The antenna includes new coax cable with the correct new Motorola plug for the rear of the radio to ensure a good connection.
