This listing is for:  Tenth Annual Grand Convocation 1966 Grand Council German Freemason VTG Lighter.  R.T. Boogs M.E.G.H.P. Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Germany Frankfurt Germany.  This is a very rare lighter from the Masonic order.

This lighter is in good overall condition, it came in a small box with tissue paper, so I don't think it has been used.  It does probably need lighter fuel though.
