PayPal is the preferred payment method.

You can enter Credit Card or Debit Card details and complete the payment.

We offer free delivery on all of the items in our eBay store, we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. If your order contains more than one item, we will attempt to combine your items into one parcel if possible.
Our free standard delivery option is with the courier Hermes; if you urgently require your item(s) please select our faster shipping option - "Other 24 hr Courier" (Hermes Next Day - £2.99 per order).
At the courier’s discretion, they may leave an item in a safe place or with a neighbour if nobody is present to accept the delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company should put a delivery note card through your letter box to explain where they have left your item. If you have specific details of a suitable safe place or an approved neighbour please contact our customer service team via eBay messages as soon as possible so that we can inform the delivery company of your requirements.
In the event of any issues with your order, where possible we will attempt to contact you at the earliest opportunity to inform you and to arrange a suitable solution. If you have any concerns or problems please contact our friendly customer services team who will be happy to help you by using the eBay messaging system. Our office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm (Mon-Fri), we aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
Please note: due to eBay restrictions we can only dispatch items to the delivery address entered into PayPal during the order process. We are also unable to deliver to the following locations: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, PO Box and British Forces Post Offices (BFP0) addresses at this time.
We accept all unwanted items providing the request to be returned is made within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in unused and resalable condition.
Any opened/used items will not be accepted under hygiene rules due to the nature of the products.
If your item is incorrect, you have 30 days to advise us that it is incorrect or missing. The item must not be opened or used.
If your item is faulty, please send a message with a short description/images of the issue (if possible) Refunds are only offered in the first 30 days from receipt, after this period a replacement/repair will be offered. This does not cover damaged items, misused and fair wear and tear.

3. Send us an eBay message to state that the item has been returned and include details of the shipment tracking numbers. As soon as the item has been received at our office, we will immediately begin processing a refund.
