Solid steel base. Black vinyl is original and in great shape. Original gray paint on metal frame.

Chairs are in great condition. Light discoloration on the metal frames. A few small marks on the vinyl. Sturdy and sits flat and flush. Dates back to the 60s/70s and would be a great addition to a Mid Century/Machine Age room. Made by United Chair. Each chair measures approx 33 1/2" tall x 22" wide x 23" deep. Arm height at 28" and seat height at 19" tall. ref 27326-T28/35B.
