Vintage Wedding Dress

Hello there!

This is a very elegant mid-century white antique wedding dress by Lee Delman.

The dress is hand embroidered flower lace...beautifully tailored with acetate inner bodice lining.

The skirt is flared with net petticoat and stiffened cheese cloth lining. 

Slightly dipped back hemline.

Pretty scalloped collar, back zip fastening.

Will fit a UK size 8-10 approx.

Measures 18 inches armpit to armpit, 17 inches across the bust, 14 inches across the waist, free hips, lengths are 57-63 inches.

The gown is a bit creased, there are marks along the inside of the inner bodice (these can't be seen from the outside of the dress and are possibly the result of a vintage deodorant product).

There is an obvious  spot mark on the bodice, spit mark on the hemline, faint underarm (these are incredibly faint) marks  and a small easily repaired hole near a back sleeve. 

But if the marks can be lifted, the hole sewn this dress can still be earned on that special day and is a lovely piece of mid-century history (it still has tiny pieces of trapped confetti inside) 🤩
