We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of order; for orders placed over the weekend and on bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.
If you are not at home when your postman attempts a delivery he will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery, or alternatively you may pick up from your local sorting office
Non collection
If you do not collect the parcel from the sorting office within 10 days, the parcel is returned to us. On receipt of the parcel we will refund you the monies minus £2.95 charges. If you would like us to re send the item a £2.95 charge is applicable.
