Actual Measurements
Bust 36 inches. There are front pleats that run vertically. This measurement is taken with the the bust laid flat and the pleats not opened or stretched.
The waist is elastic and stretches from 18-32 inches
Shoulder to waist 16 inches.
Waist to hem is 40 inches
Inseam or crotch to hem is 28 inches
Rise or waist to crotch is 13 inches
Hem circumference of each leg is 14 inches
To make sure something will fit, take measurements from a piece of clothing that fits you well and use those measurements to compare. If you use your personal actual measurements, you should always figure needing two inches extra for breathing room.

Fabric is a slinky, smooth, nylon polyester. The top is metallic silver threads on a black base. Unlined.
Condition
This has been previously worn and cleaned. it does not have any stains, holes or tears. It is missing its original belt. There are a few small pulls in the silver metallic threads, but nothing major. I think the elastic has been replaced.
