The book measures approx. 8 ½ by 5 ½ inches. The cover is nice and clean with some slight wear, some toning and slightly dusty-dirty from long storage. The spine end is good with some light wear. The boards and corners are nice with some minor denting and wear. The hinges and binding are tight and strong. The pages are good, some underlining, sparse notes and marks in pencil, book is very nice.
