[Glass Jar Sterilization Guidelines] Put the sourdough glass jar into the pot with cold water. Boil it for 5 minutes, turn off and cool the glass jar before removing and using. Also, it can be put in the steriliser to disinfect. Please do not put the glass jar in boiled water. Even if the glass jar is heat resistant, it cannot be used in sudden hot and cold situation. Need to preheat the jar first, increase the temperature gradually.
