Precautions for safe use

after getting the machine

1. Open the side panel and fill in the engine oil. Use 10w-30 type of engine oil, about 500ml. It mainly depends on the oil dipstick. After adding the oil, insert the oil plug into the oil hole and take it out. That's fine.

2. Fill gasoline, choose No. 92 gasoline, fill up the fuel tank, cover the fuel tank cap, and turn the ventilation switch on the fuel tank cap to on.

3. Turn on the oil switch knob on the panel and turn it to the on position (horizontal position).

4. Connect the battery, the red is connected to the positive pole of the battery, and the black is connected to the negative pole of the battery. Do not connect wrongly.

5. Pull the starter a few times by hand to help the fuel in the tank go down into the carburetor. (when new refueling is used).

6. Toggle the start switch on the panel or the on button of the remote control. (tap once).

7. After the generator is started, there will be no output at idle speed for 40 seconds, in order to ensure that the output is stable after the machine is stable, so as not to damage the electrical appliances.

8. Long press the start switch on the panel or the off button on the remote control to turn off the generator.

9. After the vehicle is clicked, the generator will automatically turn off.

10. When the vehicle is running, it is necessary to close the fuel tank cap ventilation switch and the panel oil switch to avoid fuel spilling or entering the tank due to bumps and chaos, causing safety hazards and failure to start.

11. Change the engine oil for the first time after 20 hours of use, and replace or add engine oil in the next 100 hours.

12. Always observe the air filter element, if there is too much dust, clean or replace it as appropriate.

13. When encountering rainwater, it needs to be covered to avoid electric leakage or short circuit.

14. The generator starts when the battery voltage is lower than 23.5 volts, and turns off when it is 27.5 volts or when the charging current is less than 5 amps (the old battery voltage is less than 27 volts, and the charging current is less than 5 amps, and the old battery is turned off to ensure the automatic flameout function of the old battery Be applicable).
