This tea uses 200-year-old green tea as the raw material and is made by traditional production techniques. The ten thousand acres of tea plantation in Xiguishan is planted with arbor-shaped thousand-year-old trees. It is a holy place for friends who love tea. Pu-erh tea is created according to a specialized process that involves a longer fermentation period. Once fermented, the tea leaves are aged (sometimes for years or even decades) and packed into bricks or cakes.
