Description of item for sale:

This classic hunting style desk is from France and it dates to the late 1800's.  The desk is very ornate has several deep carvings throughout the entire piece.  It is made from solid oak and finished to a warm dark color.  The leather writing surfaces is in very good condition for its age with only minor signs of wear.  There is a lock for the two drawers but we do not have the key.   There are minor nicks and scratches in the table but nothing that affects the structure.  Overall this is a very useful piece and will make quite a statement in one's home or office.  Dimensions: 30.25" tall, 51" wide and 27.5" deep.  (6454)
