Shipping Policy

● International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other applicable fees incurred by the country's customs/border regulations. Please contact customs for more information.
● Please double check shipping address. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses. We are also not responsible for any changes to address after item has been shipped.
● The tracking number will be updated on eBay in 24 hours after the shipment, and we will arrange the shipment in 3 business day after the payment is cleared. We cannot control the transit times thereafter. Most orders will ship via the best suitable carrier for the specific size of the product.

Return Policy

● If defective, damaged or wrong products are received, please contact us immediately. It will speed up the process if you could provide us some pictures or video to illustrate the issue details.
● Returns are accepted within 30 workdays of delivery date and item must be in original new condition. We strictly respect the rules of eBay platform and will stand the cost if it is our mistake.
