This over the top haute couture jewel toned bib necklace by designer Scaasi is breathtaking! The huge mogul style bib is set with large blue, green, teal, and red stones, with chatons of clear, red, and light blue. The bib is signed Scaasi CN, as well as having a signed necklace dangle. Necklace is 17 inches long with a 4-inch extension and is 3 1/2 inches wide at widest point.  Born Arnold Isaacs, in the mid 1950s he reversed his last name to become Scaasi. His high end ready to wear lines were worn by First Ladies, and Hollywood stars. His designs were bold in color and embellishments, and his costume jewelry was often opulent and designed to be worn with his clothing. Scaasi died in 2015.
