Lefton Christmas Holly Tidbit Tray.  6" in diameter.  5" tall to the top of the handle.  Handpainted Holly Leaves.  Made in Japan.  Gently used condition.  No chips or cracks.  Some light wear to the metal handle.  A couple of spots where the glaze is missing on the white top.  See pics.
