"Michiel de Waal"
Michiel de Wael (Baptism 9. May 1596 - buried on the 7th April 1659 in Haarlem)
was a Dutch brewer and citizen of Haarlem ,
who today is primarily known for his Frans Hals known from painted portraits .
His grandfather, also a brewer, was one of the first Calvinists the city
and at the Siege of Haarlem involved .
