Vintage Original Cast Metal Wall Hanging Picture Frame with original chain and picture. 

This item seems unusual as we weren't able to find much information on it. The metal of the frame does attract a magnet but the chain does not. Circle for the picture is 3 1/2" diameter. 

Interesting note: the pin on the gentleman's lapel looks interesting but we are not sure what it is. We've tried to get pictures as best we can. Hope you can enlarge them enough...
