This is such a cute country colander from Kobe for J.C. Penney, made sometime in the 70s or early 80s! This has stainless handle and multi colored different florals around the edges. It is footed and stands about 5 inches tall. SO sweet as decor or everyday use!  The condition is gently used vintage, please examine pictures for best indication of condition.
