The warranty period begins immediately upon receipt of your item and ends 30 days thereafter. All new and used items include a 30 day warranty unless noted otherwise or the used item is excluded from a warranty as one of the following wear or previously worn items: sprocket, bearings, seals, gaskets, bushings, cables, internal engine components, used tires, and any other items designated as a "wear item".

Before purchasing a part removed from a used motorcycle, please keep in mind that these items have been previously used and are not in new condition unless noted otherwise. Some functions or conditions cannot been visually seen or tested prior to sale, as is the nature of some used motorcycle parts.

Shipping Policy

Most items (excluding large/freight) ship same day if payment is received before 2:00pm EST. Please note we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during domestic or international shipping. Customers will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier if an item is damaged or lost during shipping.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on all used motorcycle parts and accessories sold by North Atlantic Cycles. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt of your item, please inspect the condition and test fitment and function within 30 days so that if there is an issue, we can process the return promptly and source a replacement part for you if possible.
