The upgraded HamGeek 1530 antenna refers to the British 1530 antenna.

Based on the high gain and powerful noise reduction capability of LNR X Loop, it has greater dynamic performance and lower noise control capability, and can receive various weak signals! The upgraded version of ALA1530LN is a 65cm/25.6" small loop antenna, an ultra-low noise active receiving loop antenna.

The new version 1530 inherits and improves the design of the previous generation product, adds a tuning device, makes the receiving frequency range clearer and accurate, and upgrades the detachable copper ring (for easy storage in a small bag) to make your travel easier. Instructions:
There are two knobs on 1530 outdoor controller (antenna side). The top knob is for high and low bands. It is measured on three levels, respectively 40-50-60. The frequency range of 40: 3-10MHz. 50's frequency range: 10MHz-30MHz. When in these two levels: first adjust the lower knob to 0. Then turn the knob slowly to the right again. Once when the clearest sound or the loudest noise is heard, it means that the device has reached the best chirp point. Then adjust the direction and erection position of the small ring. It is recommended to install the antenna on the balcony or outdoors.

The knob on the indoor controller is to reduce noise: when the value is 100, it has the smallest gain and the lowest noise. When the value is 0, the signal is the strongest. Generally it is adjusted to 50.

When the top knob on the outdoor controller is 60: it is for tuning-free. When the 60 gear is turned on, the lower knob does not work. At this point, you only need to adjust the direction of the small ring.
