THE prices of the products displayed include VAT. Payment must be made within 3 days following the conclusion of the purchase.

With reference to the provisions of Legislative Decree 101/2018, containing provisions to protect confidentiality in the processing of personal data, we hereby wish to inform you that the personal data provided by you, or recordings and/or acquired as part of our activity , may be processed with or without the aid of electronic means, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, for the institutional purposes of our activity.

The right of withdrawal expires:

- For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property;

- Even partial use of the goods and any consumables;

- The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, tags/labels, parts...);

- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased goods to the sender at his expense.

Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who purchase personalized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within 10 (ten) working days of receiving the ordered products, the customer must send a communication with proof of receipt to the address indicated below.

The Communication must contain:

- The expression of willingness to take advantage of the benefit granted by the Legislative Decree. No. 185 of 22 May 1999;

- The indication of the product(s) for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal.

To obtain a refund of the fee, the customer must, at his own expenseand, send the purchased products back to the address that will be communicated to you. Once the above conditions have been verified, the refund will be issued.
