This is a small and very charming watercolour painting by Irish artist Pete Hogan.

Dates from around the 2011-2014. 

Depicts the Davy Byrnes's pub Dublin.

Signed by artist.

The back of the painting holds the artists business card.

It has been framed in quite a retro frame with glass cover.

I suggest it is reframed to set off the painting in a more flattering and appropriate style as I feel it's a bit too large for the painting! 

The frame measures 35.5 cm width, 17 43cm height.

The painting measures 17cm width, 15.5cm height.

Very good fresh condition.
