Shipping Policy

  • The shipping method we use is Standard Shipping, meaning we will select which carrier to use when shipping your item depending on your location. The shipping carriers we use are USPS and UPS.
  • We try to ship within one or two days, but our default listings typically indicates 3 days.
  • Shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous United States. PR, HI, AK, APO/FPO and US Territories may incur higher rates. UPS cannot deliver to an APO or PO box. These must ship USPS.
  • On items where we offer free shipping we will choose the method.
  • For items where the customer pays shipping we offer options for selection at checkout. Shipping charges are based upon the shipping method selected, the package size and weight, and the destination.
  • In certain circumstances, a ship method may be restricted for your particular purchase such as solvent based paint or spray cans that cannot ship via air. If this is the case, we will ship it via the best available alternative.
  • We will only ship to the address provided during payment.

Shipping Damage

  • Product damaged in shipment will be handled as a freight claim with the freight carrier directly by the customer. Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt as carrier claims can only be filed within 7 days.

Return Policy

  • You will have 14 days to return the product as long as the product has not been used and is in the original unopened package. For train sets, games, plastic models, and other items sold with shrink wrap, the shrink-wrapping must be intact and the box unopened.
  • Upon receiving the returned item(s) hobbywürks will determine if the product is new and in saleable condition, and if so we will process your refund of the originally paid price of the returned item(s), less original shipping charges.
  • Return shipping, including insurance, is to be paid for by the customer.

Product Warranty / Product Defects
