The windup is missing the key and I am not sure if it works.  Louis Marx Toys is the maker and believe this is from the 1960s.  The figure stands 4 and half inches tall

I dug this out of my parents basement.  There is definitely a musty smell from being in there.  I know that there are tricks to get the smell out.  I will discount shipping if more than one auction is purchased by a buyer.
