Produced in Lesjofors, Sweden using cold coiling technology, every ROC spring undergoes a multi-stage manufacturing process to ensure optimum performance and the longest possible service life.

All ROC springs are subject to shot peening after coiling, a process which bombards each spring with millions of tiny steel balls to introduce a positive residual stress in the spring; improving fatigue strength and preventing premature breakage.

ROC springs are protected from corrosion by a chemical compound called Zinc Phosphate, which offers galvanic or 'sacrificial' protection via preferred oxidisation, i.e. the zinc corrodes before the spring steel, and generally at a slower rate, prolonging the life of the spring. Each spring is then coated with epoxy powder resin paint via electrostatics, providing further corrosion protection.

Every ROC spring is inspected and tested to ensure it meets the highest quality standards, then marked with a production code and batch number to secure full product traceability.

Safety

  • For safety, suspension springs should always be replaced in axle pairs. Different springs on the same axle may cause an imbalance in the suspension, adversely affecting vehicle handling and braking. ROC's guarantee applies only when springs have been replaced in axle pairs.
  • Always check the spring size and end shapes are correct prior to attempting fitment. Springs should be fitted with the same orientation as the original equipment spring.
  • Appropriate care should be taken when replacing a spring. A compressed spring holds a huge force and could cause serious injury if it came loose during fitment. Special tools should always be used to compress a spring.
  • For safety, spring installation should only be undertaken by a competent person and instructions from a recognised repair manual should be followed.
  • Spring pans, bushings and link-arms should always be checked for damage and replaced if necessary.
  • After installation, springs should be checked to ensure they are correctly located at the ends and are not too short or loose. Wheel alignment should also be checked.

  • Failed delivery attempts will be carded, and shown on the courier-tracking page. You must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection.
  • Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery. Please be aware that we cannot accept liability for any expenses incurred because of delayed or unsuccessful deliveries

We are happy to refund the item providing it is returned unused, and in its original packaging. All returns of products are made at your own risk. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. The refund will be processed excluding the original delivery cost and the cost of returning the product/s which must be borne by you.

Faulty Items

If your item is damaged on receipt of delivery please take an image of the damaged product and notify us through the eBay messages. In the event of a damage please notify us within 30 days of delivery. A replacement will be sent out or full refund, including postage costs will be issued following receipt of the returned item and verification of the damage. Please use eBay messages to notify us that your item has developed a fault and start the returns process.

Incorrect Orders & Substitutes

In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or a substituted item, please accept our apologies. Please contact us through eBay messages to request a refund. Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt we will process a full refund. We recommend that you re-purchase your item from our Shop under a separate transaction.

For all returns, please include a reason for return or the nature of any fault(s), your order number, email address, phone number and your eBay user name. Please print and enclose a copy of your original PayPal transaction. Please allow up to 30 working days to test and process returns.
