Starting all the way back in 2017 with the Year of the Rooster, this 2024 Year of the Dragon 1oz silver bullion coin is the 8th release in the Rwanda Lunar Ounce series that features the Chinese Lunar animals in a mosaic art style and the 5th animal in the Chinese zodiac.
In Chinese culture, the dragon represents good luck, strength, health and the element Yang. The dragon is unique because it is the only mythical creature of all the animals in the Chinese zodiac.
Those born under the sign of the Chinese Lunar Dragon in 2024, 2012, 2000, 1988, 1976 and every 12th preceding year, are said to be ambitious, successful, and charismatic.
The reverse features the depiction of a dragon in a mosaic style. The inscription “YEAR OF THE DRAGON” appears in the middle the coin with the Chinese character for dragon “龍” is prominently displayed at the top. The coins weight, fineness and 2024 year-date also appears on the reverse.
The obverse of each coin features the Coat of Arms of Rwanda as well as the coins monetary denomination.
Each 2024 Year of the Dragon 1oz silver bullion coin is provided in individual plastic wrapping. Multiples of 10 are provided in sheets.

GST is not charged on Bullion whether sold in Australia or overseas. For sales in Australia, GST is charged on freight and insurance (Numismatics attract GST and a Tax Invoice will be provided with your order). For sales overseas, where the product is exported, GST is not charged on freight and insurance, except if the products are not exported within 60 days of order.
No returns of Bullion are accepted. Any shipment of bullion returned to Swan Bullion Company due to the customer's refusal to accept delivery or the customer not being available for delivery, will remain the responsibility and cost of the customer, and will not be accepted as a return of product under any circumstances. All precious metal sales including bullion and numismatics are final.
