This listing is for a vintage gold brooch a la Karl Lagerfeld 's famous chair brooch without the price tag!  Brushed gold tone finish with lots of detailing.  Definitely French...in the manner of Rococo, which was the final expression of the Baroque movement....ornamental and theatrical!  Measures: 3 x 1.5 inches approximately.  Excellent condition...looks new...purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue on the Magnificent Mile in Chicago.  From my personal collection...I have been the sole owner.
