This repair kit fixes existing broken handle and returns car to OEM conditions in minutes.No need to replace the entire Hood Latch Release Cable.

 

How to Install:
--Take off panel and hood latch lever completely.This is either held in place with 2 plastic snaps,it can be popped of with a regular screwdriver.
--Trim approximately 1' of plastic from around the end of the cable.Use a pipe or tube cutter, score the very hard plastic the proper depth and remove,however,do not cut the metal cable inside of the plastic .
--Slide Hood Latch Release Cable Repair Kit onto the end of the cable.
--Use the hex key Allen wrench to tighten the screw.
--Re-install plastic corner kick plate.

 

NOTES:

2. All dimension are measured by hand, Please allow 0.5-1 inch difference due to manual measurement.(1inch=2.54cm).
