HEAVY DUTY 12- WAY BATTERY TERMINAL CLAMPS

Our battery terminal clamps are machined from 6061 aluminum, high precision and good toughness. This battery clamps can also protect the battery post from corrosion and prolong battery life.

HOW TO INSTALL

STEP 1 Put clamp on battery top and tighten the screw.

The battery terminal 6-hole holders exactly to hold 00 (2/0) AWG welding cable, and also can hold other gauge cables: 1/0AWG, 2 AWG, 4 AWG, 6 AWG, 8 AWG and so on,

STEP 2 Unscrew the nut.

Use our Alan wrenche to tighten the wires and attach the terminal to the post. Washers protector fiber, Hexagon Wrench (4mm/6mm), 4×5/16 Copper Wire Lugs and Heat Shrink Tubing are provided for easy install.

STEP 3 Put on the ring terminal (cable lug) and tighten the nut.

Make sure the positive and negative battery clamps are connected to the correct top posts.

Note：Please Do Not Overtighten, as it may crack the terminals. Tighten until the terminal is firmly connected to the post.

Can Not Tighten the Terminal Firmly?

  • Please make sure to place the product at the bottom of the positive and negative poles of the battery.
  • If you can't tighten it at one time, you must first loosen or unscrew the hexagon socket screw, put the product to the bottom and tighten it again, so that it will not loosen.
  • Please Do Not Overtighten, as it may crack the terminals. Tighten until the terminal is firmly connected to the post.
