After the blade is ground and shaped, it is vacuum-tempered to 59-61HRC on a C-Scale, so the knife is battle-ready.
Next, stacked leather handles are hand shaped, treated and sealed, and hand polished for a perfect grip. The stainless and brass parts are forged and married to the leather handle material for a perfect fit. The knife's edge is sharpened and after careful quality control inspectionss the knife is ready for its high-quality leather sheath. Finallys a journeyman leather craftsman handcrafts a custom fit buffalo-leather belt sheath to the knife. The end result? The incredible D2 Urban Saigon Toothpick Dagger.
