It shows the patina of age , with consistent even wear to the upper ralls .( it’s been used but it’s not worn out ).casters and sliding drop leaf mechanism works as it should . 

This is a very honest piece that can be used and enjoyed .very usable table ,it sits quite thin when down . Perfect for a hall , or flat where you want the look without it encroaching to much into the living space .

This is a pick up only item because of the size .
