The superb 1/43 Hachette "Buses of the World" Lohr L96 IRCGN Gendarmerie (French Police) mobile crime investigation bus from 1996.

The bus has a plastic body & diecast metal chassis, but don't be put off: it's very nicely detailed, & you'd never know just looking at it!

It measures 10" (255mm) in length, & is presented in a carded blister pack, & is new, mint & sealed.

Although it doesn't say on the model or packaging, these models are actually made by IXO, & they are currently releasing this range under their own branding at much higher price!
