Silicon temperature sensors

The KTY84-130 temperature sensor is a silicon material temperature sensor, which is characterized by a wide temperature measurement range, small size and rapid response.

It can be used for temperature measurement of exhaust system and heating system.

Its performance characteristics are based on the temperature change within the measuring range of -40℃ to +190℃, the resistance value is roughly from 300Ω to 2700Ω basically linear change.
