It’s definitely and old school kind of sweaty type plastic. Reminds me of the early run Millennium plastics.

Several highlighter yellow marks/streaks as seen.

It’s more of a greenish-blue than it’s showing up in most of the pictures for some reason. The one picture from the side is probably the best representation of its true color.

Neutral to somewhat flat.

Neutral to somewhat gummy.

Solid red stamp.
