Smoke and pet free environment. I have been selling on eBay since 1998, so I am not one of those "Here today, gone tomorrow" sellers. All the clothing I sell are FIRSTS, I do not sell seconds or damaged items. My items are either purchased at department stores, or items from my own home, not in thrift shops or garage sales, where I could not make claims of smoke or pets.
I combine shipping. Since I have my items on pay now, I will refund the difference in the postage you paid, and the actual postage. I do not believe in making money on the postage. Postage rates are bad enough without making them even higher on the eBay buyer. I do this refund plan very often, and it works out GREAT!
