This is an antique centerfold print from HARPER'S BAZAR, an illustrated newspaper published in 1882. The prints in this series are printed on what is called rag paper, an antique paper that is stronger and far more enduring than the newspaper material we use today.

CONDITION: EXCELLENT  -- The prints in this series are clear, clean, bright. No foxing, tears or folds (except for centerfold). A really fine image. Excellent definition. Nice clean, sharp lines, and wide margins.  (Note: NO HOLES AT CENTERFOLD) 

This two-page centerfold print is about 140 years old and guaranteed to be original. It is an authentic old print from the aforementioned newspaper and NOT A MODERN REPRODUCTION.

The print, including the white border (if any) is about 16" x 23".
