Dr Pepper metal napkin dispenser, the kind that might've sat on the diner table. Red, Dr Pepper logo on two sides, the other two sides are a place for paper napkins of about 3.25" x 6.5".
The napkin dispenser is about 7.5 inches tall and 3.5" x3.75". Does NOT appear to be vintage, probably a more modern version.
