The 2004 Lenox Barbie ornament "Solo in the Spotlight" is the second in the annual Lenox Barbie series.  It is crafted of hand painted ivory fine china, accented with 24 karat gold.  The design was inspired by one of the vintage Barbie Dolls produced by Mattel.  She comes out on stage in a sleek gown adorned with real clear gems and a mesh frilly bottom, her long blond hair is in a pony tail.  She holds a pink scarf in one hand and the gold plated microphone in the other.  The ornament bears the Lenox hallmark along with a Mattel stamp in 24K gold.  She stands about 4 1/2 inches tall and comes with a gold tassel for hanging.
