Returns

Changed your mind? If you would like to return your item/s and are within 30-days of your order date, you can open up a return request via your orders page to follow the instructions provided.

The item/s must be returned along with all accessories, in the original box and internal packaging. It must not be used, installed, or downloaded.

There are some exemptions to our returns policy such as health & hygiene products which, once the seal is broken, are unable to be returned. This is including but not limited to headphones/shavers/toothbrushes.

The items supplied must be returned at your own expense and within your returns period as stated by eBay when you open a return request, to;

If you are outside of the 30-day returns period, or report damage after this time, you are sadly no longer able to return the item and we will be unable to assist further if the appliance is damaged.
