7. Whitelist setting Path: CarSetting----General Settings ---Whitelist setting --- Find the software you download from Play Store-Click to Determine.(NOTE:Any app downloaded from the Google Play Store needs to be whitelisted to work properly.
8. ***Provided AHD Camera; you can get the AHD720P-25 Hz backup camera that compatible with the head unit; when your original factory camera does not work,you can use our comes with camera to avoid unnecessary troubleshooting.
9. ***Support Steering Wheel Control :Please be sure to insert the "CANbus" cable into the slot of the radio;If NOT TO PLUG THE “CANBUS"cable;YOUR STEERING WHEEL WILL NOT WORK,After connecting all the needed wires especially plug the ''CANbus" cable,open the door,then the unit interface will display the door lock information that means the Canbus Box is connected successfully and work well.If your steering wheel controls does not work,please tell me your order number at the first time,so that I can solve your problem faster and better.
10. ***If your speakers are not working,maybe it occur by harness you connected incorrectly;If your original car built-in amplifier,be sure to use a 4pin jack and connect the AMP amplifier cable inside the power cabel to the RCA AMP, otherwise just to plug the 8pin jack to your original car.
11. ***Generally speaking, it is fairly simple to install,because the most part the unit is plug & play to the factory connectors that come on the vehicle directly.Although there’s going to be lots of wire harness that come with it,because some cords are meant for other types of vehicles/models,so you don’t worry, there’s only a couple cords that you will actually need to use.You can refer to my Amazon listing for more specifics related to wiring.Besides we provide installation videos for you and you can do it by yourself, which not only saves costs, but also makes you feel a great sense of accomplishment after successful installation.

You can via turning off the "reverse mute" function and enjoy music when you reverse car,and the setting paths: CarSetting---General Settings---General-Reverse Mute) Note;for the sake of safety,we do not recommend you to listen to music while reversing! Also can turn off the reverse assist line by setting as follow; click ---CarSetting choose ---System settings-Factory setting (password: 8888)---Backcar setting--- Backcar assist line (remove the "√")
13. If the front buttons on the unit suddenly cannot adjust volume,please go the “Touch Study",the operation steps as follow:1.Plug your mouse to USB cable 2.Click '"CarSetting",Choose -System Settings,Click Factory Setting and Enter Factory Setting Password:8888.Choose -"Touch Study";first Click --" Touch Calivbration",then according the tips on the unit to click the four red dot on the touchscreen-last click "CONFIRM" 4.Click ----"Touch Study",then first click "start"---click the interface button ---click the corresponding touch keys on front buttons--- after learning tap End,then you can adjust volume increase or decrease using front buttons normally.
