Description: It is an original antique map over 125 years old from Rand, McNally & Co's New General Atlas, Geographical Series, vol. 1, No. 5, November 1895, a semi-monthly serial edition, a copy of the cover title page is included with the publishing details. There is also a copyright date of 1895 by Rand, McNally & Co printed on the map. It is being sold as a single sheet, not mounted, matted nor framed, as seen in the pic photographed against black background.
Size: The map image measures approximately 9 by 12 1/2 inches (24x31cm) on a 11 1/2 by 14 1/2" (29x39cm) page as seen in the pic.
Condition: The map is in Good to Very Good condition for its age with light tonal ageing, there is another map on the reverse side, printed on a fairly heavy page. There is a slight stain on the upper left corner, otherwise it is very clean with a nice strong color that would frame up well, see the pics for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
